LED Display LCD Display Minor Fault Name
Insufficient suction pressure is present.
Shown when P4-24 = 1 and when the digital input has been active (closed for P4-21 = 0, or open for P4-21
= 1) for the time set in P4-22.
The drive, if running, coasts-to-stop and does not run until the digital input has been inactive for the time
set in P4-22.

Low Water in
Tank
Low Water in Tank
Cause Possible Solution
The water level in the tank is too low.
Shown when P4-24 = 2 and when the digital
input has been active (closed for P4-21 = 0,
or open for P4-21 = 1) for the time set in
P4-22.
• Check pressure switch contact for correct operation.
• Check control wiring to drive terminal strip from pressure switch contact.
• Check to make sure that suction pressure is present by means of a separate measuring device.
• Raise the water level.

Cooling Fan Maintenance Time
The cooling fan has reached its expected maintenance period and may need to be replaced.
Note:
An alarm output (H2-oo = 10) will only be triggered if both
(H2-oo = 2F and H2-oo = 10) are set.
Cause Possible Solution
The cooling fan has reached 90% of its
expected performance life.
Replace the cooling fan and set o4-03 to 0 to reset the Maintenance Monitor.

Note:
An alarm output (H2-oo = 10) will only be triggered if H2-oo = 2F.
Cause Possible Solution
The main circuit and control circuit capacitors
have reached 90% of their expected
performance lives.

IGBT Maintenance Time (50%)
IGBTs have reached 50% of their expected performance life.
Note:
An alarm output (H2-oo = 10) will only be triggered if H2-oo = 2F.
Cause Possible Solution
IGBTs have reached 50% of their expected
performance life.
Check the load, carrier frequency, and output frequency.

NETSCAN
Drive is waiting for a message from the master.
Cause Possible Solution
No message was received from the master
within the time set in P9-28.
• Increase the P9-26 setting to account for network latency.
• Verify that there is a drive on the network with parameter P1-01 set to 3 and P9-27 to 0.
• Check network connections and verify H5-01 and P9-25 settings for all drives on the network.
