10.3 Feedback Option Module Set-up
The use of this module and an encoder requires the transfer of a parameter file (exten-
sion .mgf) to the SERVOPACK.
The parameter file must be created by Yaskawa Europe GmbH. To do this, you must pro-
vide Yaskawa with all the information of the encoder (

Then Yaskawa Europe GmbH generates 2 files:
n an .mgf file, which is transferred to the SERVOPACK
n a .txt file representing the summary
The parameter file (extension .mgf) must be written into the module via the SERVOPACK
using the SigmaWin+ software engineering tool.

option module.

The use of SigmaWin+ version 7.42 or higher is recommended.
