Disabling History Record
History record feature is enabled by default, if you don’t want to save the call history, you can
disable the feature.
Procedure:
1. Navigate to Menu->Features->Others->General.
For the SIP-T48S/T48G IP phone, navigate to Menu->Features->General.
For the SIP-T42S/T42G/T41S/T41P/T40G/T40P IP phone, navigate to
Menu->Features->History Setting.
2. Select Disabled from the History Record field.
For the SIP-T48S/T48G IP phone, tap the Off radio box of the History Record field.
3. Press Save.
History record is configurable via web user interface at the path Features->General
Information->Save Call Log.
