This area shows the time and date.

This area shows internal handset number and register handset
name (e.g., “1” is internal handset number, indicating the handset
is registered on NO.1).
Handset 1 to Handset 5:

This area shows the soft key labels. The default soft key labels are
“History” and “Line”.
It will display “SCA” instead of “Line” when using the Shared Call
Appearance feature.
Press the Line soft key to enter the line status screen. The line status screen displays as
below:

Displays the selected menu name.

Displays the registered line number and the corresponding line
(display user name by default).
Line1 to Line5:
The default outgoing line will display on the first line of screen.
