Enter the password and press DISP/ENTER.
A window appears for you to select pass or fail.

Note
If you repeat the operation of entering a wrong password and pressing DISP/ENTER three
consecutive times, the user is invalidated and you are logged out. You can no longer log in
using the same user name. To enable the user so that you can log in again, have the
administrator set a default password and reset the password according to “Logging in for the
First Time.”

Select [Pass] or [Fail] using the arrow keys and press DISP/ENTER.
A window appears for you to enter a comment.

Enter the comment (up to 32 characters), and press DISP/ENTER.
A window with the message, “Are you sure you want to sign the record with this
information?” appears.

Select [Yes] using the arrow keys and press DISP/ENTER.
Approval information is added to the data file on the external storage
medium.
The screen returns to the original screen.
Logging Out
The procedure is the same as “Logging Out” on page 33.
