4.3 Cooling System
Diesel Engine
(b)
Open driver side or Engine side cover.
(c)
Remove part of engine coolant avoiding big drain.
CAUTION! ! Wait that coolant is not dangerously
hot.
(d)
Unscrew and replace FTQ switch 22mm wrench.
CAUTION! Replace gasket lubri- cating before to
install.
(e)
Refill engine coolant from radiator expansion tank cap.
CAUTION! Securely tighten cooling system filler caps.
BH Temperature Sensor Replacement
(a)
Disconnect units from electrical supplies (battery and main).
(b)
Open driver side or Engine side cover.
(c)
Unscrew gland plastic nut releasing BH sensor.
CAUT
ION! Wait that coolant is not dangerously
hot.
(d)
Replace BH temperature sen- sor.
CAUTION! Put conductive grease inside sensor
support.
