Unscrew coil fixing nut or seeger ring and
rem

ve solenoid coil from valve.

Disconnect YK valve from copper tubes
with soldering
flame.

Clean pipe ends with a special brush and
blow with dr

Never blow with normal air, it
contains to
o much humidity.

Place new valve in position.

Braze new valve

Vacuum unit.

Respect a waiting time and check for leaks.

Charge refrigerant 3.2.4 Section.
Non return Check Valves
Non return Check Valve is a valves that allows
fluid to flow through it in one direction only,
thus equalization is permitted just in one-way.
Check Valve Test
(a)
Connect a pressure gauge to service port before check valve in object and another one to service port after.
(b)
Recover refrigerant according procedure of 3.2.2 Section.
(c)
Close shut-off valve after liquid receiver and remove YK capacity control valve coil.
(d)
By service port after increase pressure to test valve efficiency.
(e)
Check that pressure are not equalizing.
(f)
Vacuum unit according procedure of 3.2.3 Section.
(g)
Charge refrigerant according procedure of 3.2.4 Section.
