Switch off and disconnect unit from electrical supplies (Battery and Main).

Dismantle evaporator cover (split and undermount units only).
(e)
Unscrew expansion valve inlet
22mm nut h

ing valve with
19mm wrench.
(f)
Remove and replace orifice
assembly.

When replacing
Orifice best practice is to replace Filter
Drier and Sight Glass too.

Reconnect Expansion valve.
(h)
Connect refrigeration man- ifold
to LP low pressure and HPL liquid
high pressure service ports.

Vacuum contaminated part of
cooli
ng circuit only.
