3.9 Scroll Stand-by
Compressor
Cooling Circuit
(i) Disconnect compressor from
electrical wires.
(j) Remove and replace compressor
(
c:: 45kg c:: 99lb) by using a lifter.
CAUTION
! Do not tighten fixing
screws.
(k) Remove scroll compressor
head cap.
CAUT
ION
! Pay attention to
keep bulb posi
tioning spring into its
groove.
(l) Screw, holding valve body, all
valves to new compressor.
CAUT
ION
! Check and replace
shut-off valve
gaskets.
(m) Screw scroll base screws.
(n) Connect wires into compressor electrical box.
(o) Vacuum unit from LP and HPL service ports.
CAUTION
! Open all of unit valves.
(p) Observe a waiting time and check installation for leaks.
(q) Charge refrigerant 3.2.4 Section.
