Mounting a Mobile Device on the RFD8500
To mount a mobile device:
1. Remove the battery cover as shown in Figure 1-3 on page 1-4 .
2. Remove the plastic tip from the RFD8500 battery cover.

3. Mount the mobile device into
its case.
(Cases vary depending on
the mobile device.)
4. Attach the mobile computer
case to the RFD8500 battery
cover.
5. Slide the battery cover onto
the RFD8500 until it locks in
place.
6. The battery cover latches
secure the mobile computer
to the RFD8500.
