Centering phase
The patient's eye is
misaligned upwards and
cannot be centered with
the aid of the touchscreen
(error message appears).
The chin rest is set too
high.
Correct the height of the
chin rest.
The patient's eye is
misaligned downwards
and cannot be centered
with the aid of the
touchscreen (error
message appears).
The chin rest is set too
low.
Correct the height of the
chin rest.
The patient's eye is
misaligned to the right or
left and cannot be
centered with the aid of
the touchscreen (error
message appears).
The patient's head is
laterally misaligned.
The patient's head is
tilted.
Correct the position of
the patient's head in the
chin rest.
Correct the angle of the
head relative to the
forehead rest (i.e. Turn
Head or normal
measuring mode).
The patient's eye is not
detected.
The intensity of
illumination in the area of
the measuring head is
too high.
Ensure that no external
light source is affecting
the detection of the eye.
If the problem persists,
contact customer
service.
The second eye of the
patient is too high or too
low.
The patient's head is not
positioned vertically on
the forehead rest.
Reposition the patient's
head in the forehead
rest.
