5. Allow the oil to drain into a vessel of suitable size, transparent if possible.
NOTE: to check that the vessel is of sufficient capacity, refer to the Table for the
amount of oil in the sump.
4. Holding the hexagonal nut (I) still with a spanner,
unscrew the inner bottom plug (II) of the oil sump.
1. Position the pump on a firm, even surface;
Use a suitable lifting system of appropriate size.
Secure it to prevent it from rolling or rocking.
2. Identify the plugs of the pump’s oil
sump.
3. Holding the hexagonal nut (I) still with a spanner,
unscrew the inner top plug (II) of the oil sump.
