8. Squeeze tabs to release OBDII connector from
tank storage liner.
9. Disconnect USB power hub harness
connector.
10. Remove bolts (x2) securing storage liner to
storage liner plate. Tool: T27. Torque: 2.5 lb-ft
(3 Nm).
Note: During installation, do not snug storage
liner bolts until tank is installed.
11. Remove storage liner.
12. Disconnect DC/DC converter harness
connector.
13. Remove bolts (x4) securing DC/DC converter
to the HCU bracket. Tool: T30. Torque: Hand
14. Remove DC/DC converter.
Installation
1. Installation is the reverse of the removal
procedure.
