EXCHANGEABLE REAR PTO END
PIECES
The tractor is equipped with a fixed six-
spline end piece as standard.
The tractor may be optionally equipped
with a six- or twenty-one-spline exchang-
eable PTO end piece.
Exchange procedure:
1. Remove the locking ring (1) with
locking ring tongs.
2. By pulling in the arrow direction
remove the exchangeable end piece
(2).
3. Install the end piece in the reverse
order, paying increased attention to
the assembly of the locking ring (1).
The end piece may only be ex-
changed with the engine
stopped.
The speed of the PTO and end
piece type must be selected with
regard to the prescribed speed of
the attached machine.
Shifting of 540 and 1000 or 540E
rpm is possible regardless of the
number of splines of the installed
end piece.
