22.8 System Restart Screen
System Restart allows you to reboot the Zyxel Device without turning the power off.
Click Maintenance > Restart to open the following screen.
Click Restart to have the Zyxel Device reboot. This does not affect the Zyxel Device's configuration.

Configure the Schedule Reboot to set the date and time to reboot the Zyxel Device remotely. It works by
the assigned Date and Time which synchronize with a NTP server.
Note: Periodic Reboot setting can only be activated when NTP service is not available.
Click Maintenance > Restart to open the following screen.

LABEL DESCRIPTION
Enable Select this check box to enable Schedule Reboot. The Zyxel device will reboot
according to the schedule you configure.
Date Select the date you want the Zyxel Device to perform schedule reboot.
Time Enter the time period you want the Zyxel Device to perform schedule reboot.
Periodic Use Periodic Reboot if your NTP service is not available. The Zyxel Device will reboot
according to the system uptime.
Select Daily to have your Zyxel Device reboot every 24 hours.
Select Weekly to have your Zyxel Device reboot every 168 hours.
Apply Click Apply to save your settings.
