Troubleshooting Guide (FAQ)
Problem with Startup
It doesn’t work or
switch on.
Power may not be supplied
to the unit.
Please check whether power cable is correctly
connected.
Please check whether power source has the
recommended power capacity.
It may be due to
connection of power cable
Make sure the power cable is connected
properly to a monitor
It might be due to
connection of the cable to
the monitor
Make sure the connection between monitor
cable and the port at the rear panel is properly
connected
The monitor may not
support some vertical
resolution frequencies
(TFT monitor, low priced
monitor, etc)
Please change the monitor with new one
which can support over 50Hz
