Target Bitrate - If Bitrate Control is set to CBR, you can set the Target Bitrate.

Quality - For VBR control mode, The target Quality of video can be setup (1 is low quality, 10 is higher quality)

Smart Stream - Off / Smart Stream RC / Smart Stream ETC (ATF). Available options will depend on the camera model. See the
corresponding setup section for Smart.RC and Smart.ACF for more information.
