RTSP Authentication - RTSP Authentication can be enabled or disabled. When running older versions of VIGIL Server with Gen III
VISIX Cameras, RTSP Streams may be required. Always disable RTSP Authetnication in this case before entering the RTSP URL for the
cameras in the VIGIL Server Network Camera settings.
