Removing, turning disk
Use this procedure to remove the turning disk.
NoteAction
Run the robot to a position where the tilthouse is
best positioned for the turning disk to be replaced.

Note
This is done in order to fascilitate
fitting of the turning disk in the
correct position.
Rotate axis 6 to its calibration position.2
DANGER
Turn off all:
• electric power supply
• hydraulic pressure supply
• air pressure supply
to the robot, before entering the robot working area.

Remove any equipment fitted to the turning disk.4

Drain the axis 6 gearbox.5

Remove the attachment screws that secure the
