5.7 Misc. System Connections
5.7.5 Pendant Connection
Installation Connect pendant cable to the pendant connector.
Important: If the pendant is not connected, a dummy connector must be installed in
its place to avoid braking the emergency stop chain.
Following configurations are available:
Standard Connection The pendant is connected to the control cabinet via pendant connector X20 at the
bottom front of the cabinet.

Hot Plug Connection The hot plug connection is an optional connector located on the side of the cabinet,
to enable connecting and disconnecting the pendant during operation of the cabinet
without breaking the emergency stop chain.
