Reverse lock-out

Time starts running with the OFF com-
mand. An Off command is nessesary
between run forward and reverse, that
means between RUN FORWARD and
RUN REVERSE command.
A RUN command into the other di-
rection will be only acepted when the
Reverse lock-out time has elapsed.
