2.5 RTCA Frame 96
For experiments in which an extremely short reaction time is expected between the
addition of a substance and the reaction of the cells, the addition of compounds directly
into the wells without removal of the E-Plate 96 from the RTCA SP Station can prove
highly advantageous. To allow for such an experimental setup, the RTCA Frame 96 can be
used as a substitute for the usual lid of the E-Plate 96.
With the RTCA Frame 96 in place, you can directly pipette into the wells while the
E-Plate 96 is locked in the RTCA SP Station.
