04801001.1, 05722991.6, 05786773.1, and other patents and patent applications owned
by ACEA Biosciences, Inc..
VIII. Software License Agreement
An envelope containing all license and end user agreements is packaged with the RTCA
Control Unit. It contains:

- End User License Agreement for Microso Windows 7 Professional
- End User License Agreement for Microso O ce Home & Business 2010
- Microso O ce Home & Business 2010 Product Key
- End User License Agreement for AVG AntiVirus FREE So ware
Please comply with all statements made in these documents.

 e RTCA SP Instrument Operator’s Manual has to be used in conjunction with the
corresponding RTCA So ware Manual. Before setting-up operation of the RTCA SP
Instrument, it is important to read this Operator’s Manual and the corresponding RTCA
So ware Manual thoroughly and completely. Failure to observe the instructions contained
in this manual could be hazardous.
