1.9 I placed an E-Plate 96 into the cradle of the RTCA SP
Station. The Device Indicating LED did not turn green.
What should I do?
First, check whether a RTCA Protector Shield 96 is placed properly inside the cradle
pocket.
Second, check whether the E-Plate 96 has a 96× lid covering the E-Plate 96.
ird, a er checking the above two items, remove the E-Plate from the RTCA SP Station.
en turn o the RTCA Analyzer. A er 5 seconds, turn on the RTCA Analyzer.  en re-
insert the E-Plate 96 into the cradle of the RTCA SP Station and close the clamp plate with
the handle in front of the cradle. Check whether the Device Indicating LED turns green. If
the LED did not turn green (no light), then please contact your local ACEA representative.

Technical Support. What data les should be sent?
In case of inquiries or complaints, please ALWAYS SEND the experiment  le (*.plt),
including the experiment data and information. Alternatively, please use the Problem
Report function, which is available under the File pull-down menu in RTCA So ware,
to create an Problem Report.  e RTCA So ware will provide an option that allows
you to remove any con dential information from your experiment. Do not include any
con dential information in the  les that are sent. Please remove any information that is
con dential. A er the Problem Report is created, please SEND the Problem Report  le
(Err_YYMMDD****.zip).
Troubleshooting
