      Cleaning system failure can be caused by material build up under the belt. Ensure splice protectors / wiper cleats are properly installed. Also, moisture and water must be eliminated from the inside of the conveyor and reloading flippers/paddles on the tail pulley must be reloading material - replace if necessary.
