Setting up the Fraction Collector with the Instrument Control Interface
Peak Detectors:
Module type:
product number of the peak detector detected
during autoconfiguration
Serial number:
serial number of the peak detector detected
during autoconfiguration
Digital trigger: MSD Installed,
Buttons: Add, Configure (Peak detector),
Remove
To change the order of the peak detectors, select
one from the list and use the up and down arrows
to move it to the desired position in the list.
Linked Pump:
If your system is configured with only one
Agilent pump, the pump is detected
automatically during autoconfiguration and
identified as the linked pump.
If your system is configured with more than
one Agilent pump, click the down-arrow and
select the pump that delivers the main flow to
the Infinity II Fraction Collector.
