This section covers the tasks for stress forcing.
Two types of stress can be forced by the 4155B/4156B:
• dc stress
• Dc voltage stress can be forced from SMUs, VSUs, or PGUs.
• Dc current stress can be forced from SMUs.
• ac stress (also called pulsed stress)
• Ac voltage stress can be forced from PGUs.
• Ac current stress cannot be forced from the 4155B/4156B.
