Step 5. Verify the Triple Quadrupole LC/MS sensitivity
The Performance Specification Services (G6061A, G6062A, G6063A, G6067A, 
G6068A, and G6069A) can be purchased only at the time of original Agilent 
6400 Series Triple Quadrupole LC/MS System bundle purchase.
• For standard Marketing Bid Specification Services (G6061A for Positive Ion 
Mode, G6062A for Negative Ion Mode, G6063A for both Negative and 
Positive Ion Modes), the same checkout conditions as the installation 
checkout methods are used.
• For the Instrument Detection Limit (IDL) Marketing Bid Specification 
Services (G6067A for Positive Ion Mode), same checkout conditions as the 
installation checkout methods are used, but with different sample dilutions.

1 Review the worklist to be sure that the method and data paths are correct. 
Check that the data file names given in the worklist are unique and have not 
already been acquired.
2 Run the Negative Ion Mode checkout worklist.
After you run the checkout worklist in Negative mode, you will repeat this 
step in Positive mode. This step includes instructions for both modes. Make 
sure you use the correct instructions.
a Run the appropriate Negative Ion Mode checkout worklist.
b Load each solvent blank and chloramphenicol sample data file (or 
reserpine peak for Positive Ion Mode) into the Qualitative Analysis 
program.
c Generate Extracted Ion Chromatograms of the ion product (152.0 m/z for 
Negative Ion Mode, 195.10 m/z for Positive Ion Mode).
