This chapter contains the steps needed to install and verify the operation of
the APCI, multimode, and APPI sources.
If the APCI, multimode or APPI source was purchased with the Triple
Quadrupole LC/MS, you will need to install the source and verify its operation.
You can complete only a check tune with the different source types: G1948B
and G1978B. Make sure you use the correct tune calibrant.
