4 Disconnect the USB cable. The USB connector is the black
connector (see Figure 26).

5 Disconnect the laser/source harness from the power board. The
laser/source harness is identifiable by its 6-pin connector and
orange, black and red wire combination (see Figure 27).

6 Identify the source assembly. The source is located on the top of
the interferometer frame. It is secured by three Philips head
screws (see Figure 28). Using the appropriate Philips head
screwdriver, remove all three screws.
