5 Open NovoExpress software. Click Instrument > Fluidic Maintenance >
Priming to prime the fluidic system. Ensure no fluidic leakage from the filter’s
inlet/outlet.
6 Load a sample tube with 1 mL Milli-Q or 0.2 µm filtered DI water onto the tube
holder. Create a new experiment. Set Stop Condition as 500 μL and Flow Rate
as 120 μL/min. Click the Run button in Experiment Control panel to start the
sample acquisition. This step is to flush sample tubing.
7 Close the front panel. The installation is completed, and the instrument is
ready to use.
