NovoCyte Quanteon Flow Cytometer Operator's Guide 69
Gently press the power switch on the front panel of the instrument or click the
Instrument > Shut Down icon on the NovoExpress software. During the
shutdown process, the power switch light will be flashing green, and the
instrument will automatically perform the shutdown cleaning process. After
the shutdown process is completed, power is automatically turned off and the
power switch light goes out.
When shutdown is initiated from NovoExpress software, if no additional function
option is selected, the instrument automatically performs the shutdown cleaning
process and turns off the power, and no user interference is needed. If additional
function option is selected, please refer to Clean the Sample Injection Probe (SIP) in
this guide for more information.
2 Turn off the NovoCyte Workstation.
3 Follow the instructions described in Add Instrument Reagents in this guide to
add more reagent to NovoFlow, NovoClean and NovoRinse containers.
4 Follow the instructions described in Empty Waste in this guide to Empty the
waste container.
