Air filter device

Dry air filter device with safety cart-

ridge and dust discharge valve.

Working hydraulic system

The hydraulic system consists of a

2-pump-system with full flow suc-

tion filtration.

Lift and tip devices

- Two lift cylinders and

- Two tip cylinders

are fed by two double-acting gear-

type pumps via a control valve. All

movements of the bucket arm, the

bucket, the attachments and the

quick change device are controlled

from the operator’s seat by pilot

valves. The pilot valves provide

infinite speed control from “slow” to

“maximum possible”.

Leveling device

The loader is equipped with a leve-

ling device which makes possible

work on rough ground. The toggle

switch (4-11/5) must be unlocked

and actuated at the same time in

order to action the leveling device.

DANGER

The leveling device may only be

switched on in the lowest bucket

position.

NOTE

The leveling device cannot be ope-

rated in a loader fitted with a pipe

burst safety device.

Torrluftfilteranläggning med en

jningsventil.

Arbetshydraulsystem

Hydraulsystemet omfattar 2 pum-

par med sugfilter med fritt flöde.

Lyft- och tippanordning

Via en kugghjulspump matas

- två lyftcylindrar

- en tippcylinder

via en dubbelverkande styrventil.

Alla rörelser hos lyftarmen,

skopan, arbetsredskapen och

snabbfästet styrs från förarsätet

via ventilgivare. Dessa ventilgivare

möjliggör en steglös styrning från

långsam till maximal rörelsehastig-

het.

Flytläge

Maskinen är utrustad med ett

flytläge som gör det möjligt att

arbeta (t ex att jämna ut) på ojämn

terräng. Då måste vippström-

ställaren låsas upp och samtidigt

manövreras.

VARNING

Flytläget får endast kopplas in när

skopan står i det understa läget.

ANMÄRKNING

Om maskinen har ett rörbrottsskydd

fungerar inte flytläget.
