(6) Remove the nozzle with the
hose and replace the cover on the
hose.
(7) Replace the cover on the oil
drain.
(8) Change hydraulic oil filter insert
(section 8.2.8).
(9) Fill oil into the filler neck (8-15/
arrow).
CAUTION
For those machines which are fitted
to run with biodegradable hydraulic
oil (designation can be found on the
hydraulic oil tank and on the
dashboard), only such oil may be
used for oil changing.
By no way may mineral oil and
biodegradable be mixed!
(10) Check oil level at the sight glass
oil gauge (8-5/arrow).
(11) Close the filling nozzle.
8.2.7 Replacing the hydraulic
oil filter insert
CAUTION
Change the filter according to the
maintenance plan or when the con-
tamination indicator is illuminated
(4-11/22).
NOTE
After a cold start the contamination
indicator may be prematurely illumi-
nated. The indicator will darken when
the hydraulic oil becomes warm.
(1) Push the seat to the front
position (5-11/2).
(2) Swing the backrest of the seat
forward (5-10/2).
(3) Unlock the maintenance flap
behind the driver’s seat with a square
key (8-16/arrow) and swing the flap
upwards.
(4) Remove the oil filter cover
(8-17/arrows).

(6) Skruva av avtappningsröret
med slangen och sätt på locket på
slangen.
(7) Skruva fast skyddslocket på
oljeavtappningsskruven.
(8) Byt hydrauloljefilterinsatsen
(avsnitt 8.2.8).
(9) Fyll på olja via påfyllningsröret
(8-15/pil).
OBSERVERA
Om maskinen är utrustad med
biologiskt nedbrytbar hydraulolja
(märkning finns på hydraulolje-
behållaren och på instrumentlådan),
måste denna sort användas även
vid bytet.
Mineralolja och biologiskt nedbrytbar
hydraulolja får inte under några
omständigheter blandas!
(10) Kontrollera oljenivån genom
oljenivåglaset (8-5/pil).
(11) Stäng påfyllningsröret.

filterinsatsen
OBSERVERA
Byt filter enligt underhållsschemat
eller då lampan som indikerar
igensättning (4-11/22) lyser.
ANMÄRKNING
Vid start då motorn är kall kan denna
lampa lysa tillfälligt. Den släcks dock
så snart hydrauloljan blivit varm.
(1) För fram sätet så långt det går
(5-11/2).
(2) Fäll ryggstödet framåt (5-10/2).
(3) Öppna underhållsluckan bakom
förarsätet med en fyrkantnyckel
(8-16/pil).
(4) Ta bort kåpan till hydraul-
oljefiltret (8-17/pil).
