Troubleshooting
If you think something is wrong with the unit, check the information below and refer to the
[FAQ] for the EUPHONIA at the URL below.

Inspect devices connected with the unit.
The unit may restore proper operation after you turn it off and on.
If the problems continue, read the Precautions for Use and consult an authorized service
company or your dealer.
Power
The unit doesn’t turn on.
Check if the power cord is connected properly.
Press the [1] button on the rear of the unit to turn it on.
Audio output
The unit doesn’t output sound or the volume is low.
Check if the input selector switch is set properly.
Check all cables are connected properly.
Wipe any dust or dirt off the terminals and plugs before connecting them.
Change the [MASTER ATT.] setting in the Utility settings.
Sound is distorted.
For the master sound:
Adjust the [MASTER LEVEL] knob so the screen shows the peak level around [0.0 dB].
Set [MASTER ATT.] to a setting between [-3dB] and [-12dB] in the Utility settings.
For the channel input sound:
Adjust the [TRIM] knob so [+12] dB of the channel level indicator doesn’t light up.
