Troubleshooting
PROformance: Convection Motor is Not Spinning (E03/E04)
Is the
Controller Area Network (CAN)
connection cable properly seated at
Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) S600
terminal and the Control Board
(CB) terminal
X16?
No
Repair the connection
and retest.
Yes

Is there continuity from
end to end on all CAN
cable wires?
Reconnect the cable, making
a good electrical connection.
Does the problem persist?
Replace the faulty CAN
cable and retest.
The appliance should
operate properly.
Replace the faulty motor.
Check the Hall Effect sensor
wiring from the motor.
When running a cook
mode, does the fan start
to spin?
Yes
With the motor running,
does the Revolutions Per
Minute (RPM) appear in the
service mode?
Replace the VFD.
