Troubleshooting
PROformance: No Liquid Clean Injection
Is the control set up to
operate liquid cleaning
chemical injection?
Yes
Turn on liquid clean
injection in option
set up screen.
Is the Peristaltic Pump
(P. Pump) being energized
on its timed cycle?
Determine which leg of
the power is missing and
correct.
Yes
Is the P. Pump running?
Replace the faulty liquid
cleaning injection pump.
Is the liquid cleaning
pump hose connected to a
chemical jug?
Connect the hose to the
chemical jug and retest.
Is there chemical inside
the chemical jug?
Replace the chemical jug
and retest.
No
Yes
Is the hose between
the pump and the liquid
chemical jug free of
obstruction or pinching?
Are you able to prime the
cleaning pump through the
service mode function?
Inspect the Peristaltic
Pump hose and replace
as needed.
Retest the cleaning cycle.

A1 is L1 supplied from
the Option Board (OB)
terminal X01 pin 6.
A2 is L2 supplied from
the Terminal Block (TB)

Replace or correct
