Troubleshooting
PROformance and Classic: No Rinse Water During the Cleaning Cycle
Is the Wash Cycle Rinse Water
Y3 solenoid being energized on
its timed cycle?
Is the Y3 solenoid opening?
Yes
Is there water at the rinse
water flow control valve?
Repair the hose between
the Y3 solenoid and rinse
flow control valve.
Is the rinse flow control
valve clean of debris?
Is water at the injection
pipe of the appliance?
Clean or repair water manifold
and/or hose from manifold to
the injection pipe.
No

Is the injection pipe clear
of debris?
The rinse water plumbing
is working properly.
Repair or replace the
injection pipe as needed.

Determine which leg of the
power is missing at the Y3
solenoid and correct.
A1 is L1 supplied from
the Control Board (CB)
terminal X04 pin 2.
A2 is L2 supplied from
terminal block 27-17.

Replace the
faulty solenoid.

Clean or replace the rinse
flow control valve.
