Flow Calibration
The analyzer must have a ow sensor to congure ow calibration.
Flow sensor calibrations should only be performed on new ow sen-
sors or when the electronics have been changed. Use the same gas
used for O
2
span when calibrating the ow sensor.
Make sure that Flow is checked on the Select Sensor Options sub-
menu under Sensor Conguration.

1. From the Main Menu screen, press ENTER/MENU to access the Calibra-
tion Menu.
2. Press the Left or Right arrows to locate the Flow Calibration menu and
press ENTER/MENU.
3. Press ENTER/MENU to continue with the calibration or press CANCEL to
exit the screen.
4. Turn o the aspirator and calibration gas ow. Press ENTER/MENU to con-
tinue or the CANCEL to abort the operation.
5. The Flow Sensor Zero Calibration screen displays. Press ENTER/MENU to
start the zero calibration.
6. The analyzer counts down to zero and when the zero calibration has been
completed, the analyzer will display the Flow Sensor Span Calibration
screen.
7. You are prompted to inject the Cal gas. Be sure to use aspirator air or zero
gas. Press ENTER/MENU to continue and access the Flow Sensor Span
Calibration screen.
