Optional Blowback Conguration
The Blowback Conguration screen can be accessed from the Conguration
menu on the AMEVision controller. For this menu to appear, Blowback must
rst be enabled on the Sensor Conguration screen.
The WDG-V allows you to choose from four Blowback trigger types:
Manual OnlyYou must initiate the Blowback manually from the Utility
Menu. See below.
Timed – Blowback will occur continuously at a predetermined time inter-
val (i.e. every 2 hours). It is recommended that the time interval be at least
1 hour to prevent valve coil overheating.
Flow – Blowback will automatically be triggered if the ow reading from
the ow sensor drops below a user-dened threshold.
Timed and Flow – Blowback will occur at the predetermined time inter-
val unless ow drops below the user-dened threshold in which case the
Blowback will trigger due to low ow.
Low Flow triggered Blowback will only occur once per hour.
Blowback Interval – Time in hours between automatic timed Blowback triggers.
Blowback Recovery – Time in seconds when the oxygen and combustible
readings are frozen after a Blowback has been triggered to allow the system to
return to equilibrium.
Low Flow Threshold – Flow reading in % at which a Blowback is triggered.
