USB Transfer Utility
Use this menu to upload data to a USB ash drive for use on a computer.
Uploads are carried out using a USB ash drive. It is necessary to plug
the USB ash drive into the USB port inside the AMEVision enclosure to
upload the data.
1. Press the Left or Right arrows to locate the USB Transfer menu and press
ENTER/MENU.
2. Press ENTER/MENU to access the USB Transfer screen.
3. From the USB Transfer screen, you can transfer Sensor Parameters and
Trend Data, as described in the following pages.
Transfer Sensor Parameters
1. Using a standard 7/16" wrench, loosen and remove the nut on the left side
of the AMEVision enclosure to open the AMEVision enclosure door.
2. Locate the USB port inside the AMEVision enclosure (Figure 3-8) and insert
the USB ash drive into the port.
3. Select the Transfer Sensor Parameters button and press ENTER/MENU.
A screen will display asking if you have plugged in the USB drive. Select OK
and press ENTER/MENU.
4. The message “Transferring Data to USB” is displayed.
5. The upload is successful when the next screen displays a large GREEN
check mark indicating the Parameter Transfer was successful.
