4.2 Ope ra ti on
The va ri ous ope ra ting sta tu ses are shown on the con trol pa nel
as fol lows:

The sys tem starts au to ma ti cal ly when the ma chi ne is start ed.
Next, the sys tem in itia li zes:
• The status LED (8) blinks; the LEDs (0-7) light up in a row
from 0 to 7 and then go back off.
•
Af ter suc cess ful in itia li za ti on, the sta tus LED (8) glows. The
sys tem is now rea dy to operate.
•
The re la ti ve com pres si on va lue is shown by the LEDs as fol -
lows. The num ber of glo wing LEDs sym bo li cal ly re pre sents
the in crea sing soil compression.

If the sta tus LED glows, and the 0 LED blinks, the vi brat ion fre -
quen cy is to high or too low. No mea su re ment va lue can be
cal cu la ted.

If the 0 LED glows, and the sta tus LED gi ves off a blink sig nal,
the mea su ring sys tem is mal functio ning. In this case, con tact
