8.5.4 Hyd rau lic oil change
•
Open the oil fill screw (2) and the oil drain screw, drain off the
oil and dis po se it in an en vi ron ment friend ly man ner.
•
Re mo ve the co ver (3).
•
Re lea se the in put fil ter (4) in the tank and uns crew.
•
Wash out the in ta ke fil ter in cold clea ner or was hing pe trol and
blow out with com pres sed air.
•
Tho roughly cle an the hyd rau lic tank.
•
In sert the in ta ke fil ter.
•
Ca re ful ly re mo ve the seal re mains from the seal sur fa ces.
•
Fit new sea ling com pound.
•
Fit the hyd rau lic tank co ver
•
Screw-in the oil drain screw, if ne ces sa ry use a new seal.
•
Re pla ce the air fil ter (1) ta king care with the O-ring.
•
Fill-in new oil.
For oil quan ti ty and type see the lu bri ca ti on plan.
•
Screw in the oil fill screw and pull tighten (if ne ces sa ry use a
new seal).
•
Take a test run, check the oil le vel and if ne ces sa ry top up.
