8.5.2 Check the hyd rau lic oil le vel
•
Check the oil le vel through the oil jau ge glass (1).
•
If ne ces sa ry top up the oil le vel up to the up per area of the
glass.
8.5.3 Re pla cing the re turn-line fil ter ele ment
•
Loo sen the fil ter co ver (1) with a screwdri ver (SW 27) and uns -
crew. Per mit the oil in the fil ter hou sing to run through the fil ter
ele ment (3) and into the tank.
•
Lift the fil ter ele ment with a screwdri ver and with draw it to get -
her with the fil ter head from the head sec ti on.
•
Re mo ve the fil ter ele ment by tur ning and pul ling it at the same
time from the fil ter head and dis po se it in an en vi ron ment
friend ly manner.
•
Drain the re mai ning oil from the fil ter head into an old oil con -
tai ner and dis po se it in an en vi ron ment friend ly manner.
•
Cle an the fil ter head with was hing pe trol or die sel oil.
•
Check the sur fa ce seal (2) and O-ring and if ne ces sa ry chan -
ge them.
•
In sert a new fil ter ele ment in the fil ter head.
•
In stall the fil ter head with fil ter ele ment into the head part; ta -
king care with the O-ring.
•
Screw on the fil ter co ver and pull tighten with hand, check for
a trou ble-free lo ca ti on of the sur fa ce seal.
•
Take a test-run if the fil ter is tight.
