48 Operator's Manual – Self-loading Bale Carrier TSR-3450 Anderson Group
Once the bale has been put down, the platforms automatically lower the bale so that another bale
can be placed on top.
NOTE: Bales must weigh at least 225 kg (500 lb) for platform
descent to be activated.
Avoid any sharp movements with the carrier
(breaking, accelerating, stopping) when the
bale is being lowered.

8. Lower the loading arm to mid-travel, at a 45° angle with the ground, and pivot the wrist so the
grabber is pointed forward, and then completely lower the arm.
9. Repeat steps 2 to 6.
10. When the bale is straight and placed above the bottom bale, open the grabber to release it.
If the bale is too low to be placed on the first
bale, return it to the ground and pick it up again,
grabbing the top part.
11. Lower the loading arm following the instructions in step 8.
12. When the loading arm is free of the bale carrier, activate the pusher frame and maintain pres-
sure on the button until the pusher frame reaches the end of its travel.
Activating the pusher frame when the loading
arm is on its trajectory could cause damage to
the loading arm and the pusher frame.
