If you have an available programmable button and your company is printing
phone records,
Program an Account Number button with this account number: 000001.
Call the weather, time, or 1-800-555-1212. While the call is in progress,
touch the account number button you programmed.
Check the phone report to note that the call was charged to the account
number.
If you don't see your call in the phone report, try the call again. If you still have
a problem, review the procedures and try the practice again.
While a call is in progress, touch
The call is “coded” with the
