Malibu Boats to nofy you of any necessary performance or safety modicaons to your Axis Boat and to
verify ownership in case a warranty claim is led on your Axis Boat.
The Limited Warranty is expressly subject to the following terms, condions and limitaons.
All warranty applicaons are dependent upon the Purchaser following the guidelines established for
appropriate and reasonable care and maintenance of the Axis Boat, and operang his or her Axis Boat
reasonably and as directed in this Owner’s Manual, and as directed in any addional direcons and/
or owner’s manuals relang to any specic component part or parts of the Axis Boat (the “Guidelines
and Direcons”). Purchaser’s failure to follow such Guidelines and Direcons shall void this Limited
Warranty.
All repairs performed by Malibu Boats, or its authorized service facilies, will be performed using either
new or re-manufactured parts. Malibu Boats may, at its opon, install parts which have substanally
similar or greater performance characteriscs if an idencal replacement part is no longer available.
No person or enty is authorized to make any addional or revised statement or warranty, express or
implied, on behalf of Malibu Boats or any component supplier beyond what appears within this Limited
Warranty.

Secon 2.1. Structural Limited Warranty.
For the life of the boat, Malibu Boats will repair structural materials or structural workmanship supplied
by it during the construcon of the hull, deck, oor liner, or stringer, which are determined by Malibu
Boats to contain substanal manufacturing defects. This Structural Limited Warranty does not apply to
the Axis Boat’s gel coat and powder coat (see below for Gel Coat & Powder Coat Limited Warranty) or any
cosmec aspects of the hull, deck, liner, or stringer. The enrety of the structural warranty is limited to the
specic laminates or bonding of laminates for the hull, deck, oor liner, or stringer only.
Secon 2.2. Base Limited Warranty.
For a period of sixty (60) months for fresh water boats and
thirty-six (36) months for salt water boats, beginning on the
date of the original retail purchase or the inial use of the Axis
Boat, whichever occurs rst, Malibu Boats will repair or replace
materials or workmanship supplied by it during construcon of
the Axis Boat, including parts and labor, which are determined
by Malibu Boats to contain substanal manufacturing defects.
This Limited Warranty does not provide coverage for any
component part that is at any me covered by any warranty
provided by any third party, other than Malibu, including,
but not limited to the manufacturer of the component part.
Component parts shall include, but are not necessarily
limited to, any items that are fastened to the boat through
either mechanical means (screws/bolts) or chemical means
(adhesives), which may or not be manufactured by Malibu
Boats. Some examples of component parts include gauges,
carpet, oor panels, upholstery substrates and bases, etc. In
