4.1 X8 Rental Frame
Introduction X8 Rental Frame
The X8 rental frame is made out of aluminium profiles and stainless steel to reduce weight without losing strength. This strong frame
allows you to build X8 LED-walls up to 3 frames high stacked or 13 tiles high trussed. The front of the X8 rental frame has a grid
where X8 modules fit in forming 3 rows of 3 modules in a chain.
The top and the left side, seen form the rear of the X8 rental frame, is equipped with two solid locking mechanisms operated with a
fixed rugged handle, no tools required. These locking mechanisms ensure a fast and secure attachment between the neighboring
tiles. Next to this primary locking mechanism a second locking mechanism is installed for security reasons. Also no tools required
to operate the security clamps.
All sides of the X8 rental frame are provided with small positioning cones and planes to ensure a pre
cise positioning between the
tiles. It’s important to keep those cones and planes clean, otherwise seams will be visible after installation of the rental frame into
the LED-wall.
