7.5 In stalling the X8 stacker system
Necessary tools
• 10 mm Allen wrench.
• 8 mm Allen wrench.
Necessary parts
• 2 foot rails per rental foot.
• Four M12 x 20 mm bolts per rental foot (hexagon socket).
• Two M10 x 16 mm bolts per rental foot (hexagon socket).
How to install the X8 stacker system?
1. Unlock the upper telescopic stacker profile (reference 2 image 7-8) from the base of the rental foot. Do this by removing the two
lock pins (reference 1 image 7-8) .
2. Pivot the telescopic stacker profile away from the rental foot and place it upon the foot beam as illustrated (image 7-8).

3. Pivot the telescopic part of the stacker profile upwards and slide it out completely. Secure extruded position of the telescope by
inserting the two lock pins (reference 1) as illustrated. These are the same lock pins which were removed in step 1.

4. Fasten the upper end of the telescope with the rental frame of the third row as illustrated. Use for that a M10 x 16 mm hexagon
socket bolt (8 mm Allen wrench).
5. Fasten the base of the telescopic stacker profile with the foot beam as illustrated. To capture the bolt (reference 6) at the rear of
the foot beam slide a foot rail (reference 5) in to the foot beam. This is the same type of foot rail that is used to mount the rental
foot upon the foot beams. The bolt (reference 7) at the front is captured by the foot rail which is previously installed to mount the
rental foot on the foot beams. Both bolts are M12 x 20 mm (10 mm Allen wrench).
