7. Basic setup procedures
7.2 Installing the X8 rental feet
Place rubber mats between the foot beams of the LE D wall and the smooth surface to increase friction. this
will reduce the ballast required to prevent sliding.
Necessary tools
• 10 mm Allen wrench.
• Spirit level.
Necessary parts
• X8 rental feet.
• 2 foot beams per rental foot.
• 2 foot rails per rental foot.
• Four M12 x 20 mm bolts per rental foot (hexagon socket).
•Shimplates.
How to install the X 8 rental feet?
1. Place two foot beams (reference 1 image 7-2) parallel per X8 rental foot on a flat surface.
2. Attach two rental foot rails (reference 3 image 7-2) to the rental foot (reference 2 image 7-2) loosely, using four M12 x 20 mm
bolts (reference 4 image 7-2).

3. Slide the rental foot with attached rails into the slots of the foot beams. Ensure the front side of the foot will be at the same side
as the LED’s.
4. Fasten the four bolts when the rental foot is in the desired position.
5. Assemble such a rental foot assembly per X8 rental column.
6. Place all assemblies next to each other on their final position. Ensure the rental feet are correctly and equally oriented.
7. Level out the foot beams. If necessary place every 50 centimeters shim plates underneath the foot beams. This to prevent that
the beams bend.
8. Firmly attach the foot assemblies to the floor with fixings, or ballast, or both as required.
